Pelitamaju Showcases Façade Innovation at GAFA 2025 as a Leading Facade Contractor in Indonesia

Pelitamaju continues to reinforce its reputation as a leading facade contractor in Indonesia, delivering projects with precision, innovation, and efficiency. For more than three decades, the company has consistently demonstrated its ability to execute façade projects with complex geometries, tight schedules, and high-quality standards across various national developments.

This year, Pelitamaju participated in GAFA 2025, an industry exhibition that brings together Glasstech Asia and Fenestration Asia most prominent trade shows dedicated to glass technology, façade engineering, and building envelope solutions. GAFA serves as a meeting point for industry professionals, manufacturers, and façade specialists from across the region to explore the latest innovations and collaboration opportunities.

Pelitamaju’s involvement in GAFA 2025 focused on several key objectives: enhancing brand recognition within the façade industry, presenting ongoing and completed projects, and showcasing the technical capabilities that have defined the company since 1991. For visitors and potential clients, the exhibition offered an opportunity to take a closer look at Pelitamaju’s workflow and the quality standards applied in every project.

This year, Pelitamaju introduced a booth featuring a new-generation semi unitized system. The system was designed to achieve a clean and seamless appearance, with no visible columns or beams, as the structural components are concealed within the aluminum elements. This approach allowed the booth to stand free-standing while displaying a modern and refined aesthetic. Beyond its function as a display centerpiece, the booth also served as a mockup for an upcoming Pelitamaju project in the BSD area, demonstrating the real-world application of façade technologies.

The display area was curated to deliver a comprehensive experience of the façade workflow, from the design stage, to fabrication, and finally to installation. This simulation illustrated how Pelitamaju ensures quality at every step of the process. In the same area, visitors could also view Pelitamaju’s milestone timeline since 1991, highlighting the company’s consistent growth in façade expertise and technology in Indonesia.

To provide a clearer overview of Pelitamaju’s technical capabilities as a façade contractor, three primary façade systems were featured:

1. Semi Unitized System
   A system that balances both factory fabrication and on-site installation, offering installation flexibility while ensuring visual precision in the final appearance.

2. Unitized System
   Façade panels are fully assembled at the factory before being installed on-site, resulting in high consistency of quality and faster installation times.

3. Window Wall System
   A versatile façade solution suitable for high-rise residential and commercial projects, offering design flexibility with cost efficiency.

This display demonstrated the wide scope of façade solutions handled by Pelitamaju, including curtain wall systems, which also form a significant part of the company’s portfolio.

GAFA 2025 proved to be a remarkable milestone for Pelitamaju. The company’s booth earned the Best Booth Award 2025, recognizing both design creativity and the implementation of façade technology showcased at the event. Throughout the exhibition, Pelitamaju also welcomed a visit from Mrs. Diana Kusumastuti the Vice Minister of Public Works and engaged with more than 5,000 visitors, including long-time clients, vendors, and potential new partners.
