As a leading facades contractor Indonesia, Pelitamaju Facades completed the majority of façade works for Riung Office Tower, including curtain wall, glass, and ACP installations. The project highlights Pelitamaju Facades’ integrated approach from technical development to on-site execution, ensuring performance, durability, and design integrity.

Pelitamaju successfully completed the façade works for RGE Community Centre in Kerinci, Riau, delivering a stick system curtain wall and ACP installation for a complex curved building inspired by the Bono wave. Designed by ONG&ONG Architects, the project demonstrates Pelitamaju’s expertise in precision façade engineering, tropical climate performance, and high-quality execution for public architecture in Indonesia.

A full-scale Performance Mock-Up (PMU) test was conducted to validate the structural integrity, weather‐resistance, and long-term performance of the BSD Unitized Curtain Wall system. This evaluation reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering reliable façade solutions and maintaining the highest standards in Indonesia’s façade contracting industry.
